modern interior design, good quality kitchen facilities, comprehensive shuttle bus service
A mirror shortage makes personal grooming inconvenient!!! Dim lighting lacks brightness adjustments!!! The onsen security could use improvement with separate male and female access!!!

The staff are genuinely dedicated, offering really good service, made us feel supported throughout our stay, especially hiccups.
The room lacked a full-length mirror, which would have been helpful for our grooming routine.

Staying in the One Bedroom Suite was great! The kitchen had Miele appliances and everything we needed. The room was super spacious and clean. The onsen was a nice touch after skiing. Only thing was the ski locker was a bit hot, but not a big deal. A really cozy experience.

Couple looking for a nice getaway
We were greeted with such warmth, it was like a scene from a movie. We found a box of snacks and a card wishing us a happy anniversary in our room, a thoughtful touch. The mountain view from our suite was amazing, a constant reminder of why we chose this place, and the breakfast was a good experience each morning.
It wasn't exactly cheap but considering the experience, I'd say it was acceptable.

Staying in the One Bedroom Suite was fantastic! The kitchen had top-of-the-line Miele appliances, made cooking easy. The spacious layout allowed us to relax comfortably, and the hot tub in the private bathroom was a wonderful touch after a long day exploring. The onsen area was peaceful. The staff were very good, even providing us with a bear bell for our hike.

Really good Service and Amenities Make for a Perfect Stay
We stayed for 5 nights in a Beautiful Two Bedroom Suite and were impressed. The staff, especially Tara, provided really good service from our arrival at Kutchan station to our transfers throughout the area, always with a cheerful demeanor. The well-stocked kitchen in our room allowed us to easily prepare meals for our kids, and the hotel's shuttle service was convenient for reaching local restaurants and shops. Everything was perfectly maintained!

Ski-in/ski-out location was great and the onsen was really amazing! Staff was extremely attentive and covered all your needs. The state-of-the-art kitchen appliances and laundry pods provided were quite useful.
The pillows were way too soft to get a good night's sleep. the ski lockers were too hot to be comfortable and I could barely stand being inside them.
